B&W Pixelation of Nearby Scenes - Oakland, CA - Artistically Decorated Utility Boxes on Waymarking.com

While visiting other decorated utility boxes on Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, California, I spotted this box. It appeared at first to be a collection of black & white circles of varying size. I didn't see anything particular. When I looked in the view finder of my camera, I saw an image! Somehow the condensing of the circles in the small viewfinder, made the picture more visible.

Then I realized that the image on two sides was that of the church diagonally across the street behind the utility box! I maneuvered around to the other two sides and it was that of another view along Telegraph Avenue. Very cool.

I took some close-ups of the pixels, because the photo tends to blend the pixels into a viewable image. If you look at the thumbnail images, you can probably recognize the image, but if you look at the full-size close-up, it's a little harder to tell what you're looking at. A smaller box nearby continues the color theme, as it's painted white with just a few black circles to match.

I could found no title or artist information about this box in its design. This decoration uses the modern lamination material adhered to the box.

Unfortunately, this box has many signs of tagging.
