This painted utility box is part of the Koreantown Northgate neighborhood improvement project.

This particular box, Epilogue, was done by artist Eddie Colla.

The design, done in shades of gray, depicts a future with animals wearing breathing masks to survive. A giraffe is wearing some vision goggles. The background contains bombed out or decaying buildings.

Unfortunately, this box has signs of tagging.
