While it is housed in restored railroad rolling stock, very little of the material on exhibit pertains to the railroad. From the museum web page:
The Williamsville Historical Museum first stored artifacts in the historic Train Depot and moved next door into its current railway box car location in the early 1990s. Constructed from, and located in, two authentic Gulf, Mobile & Ohio railway boxcars, the museum is home to a variety of antiques and pieces of memorabilia pertaining to our rural village's history. Historical accounts, pictures and books are available to assist you with your research. Artifacts, memorabilia, old relics and vintage clothing add to the authentic historical collection.
