There are at least two exhibits of grinding holes at the Visitors Center at San Diego's Mission Trails Regional Park. The coordinates are set at the outside patio which has a large stone with holes and a sign explaining its significance.
Inside the Visitors Center there is another exhibit which shows a grinding stone and hole with a placard explaining the seeds, fruit, herbs and roots which were prepared in the holes.
This area was the home to the Kumeyaay band of Indians.
