This is a small electrical collector - about 18 inches by 24 inches. It powers the kiosks that allows people to purchase daily memberships for the Kansas City BCycle Sharing System. It also powers the bicycle locking mechanism.

A Person purchases a membership - only the daily can be purchased at the kiosk.

You then follow the instructions on unlocking the bike from the tender. The first 30 minutes is free - $2 per half hour.
