Le bloc octogonal était en place au début des années 1980, car je l'avais remarqué à l'époque ou j'avais un travail étudiant dans les environs. C'est un immeuble à logements. Il y a même une tour octogonale sur le toit de l'édifice.
This octagon building was already in place in the early 1980s, I noticed at the time because I was working in a restaurant near this place. It is a residential building. There's even an octagon tower on the roof of the building.
