"Bendy of Four Gules and Argent." (Flags of the World)

The flag was first documented in 1387. It is related to the flag of Austria; the area was property of the house of Habsburg from 1299 to 1415.

I found the flag with a bi-colored tail at a parking in the historic center of Zofingen (that's where I took the coordinates) and a tail-less version west of the town church.
