A State of Vermont Highway Deparment (now known as Vermont Agency of Transportation, VTrans) benchmark located southeast of the intersection of VT Rt 14 and Dugout Road. Benchmark stamped "A00033", flush with ground surface, and lies behind (i.e., east) of a steel guard rail. An orange fiberglass witness post lies about 1 ft east of the benchmark.
