Used as an address and lane marker this old Massey mower sits on the east side of the highway, barely 3 metres off the pavement. The stampings on the castings tell us that this is a Model 24B Massey Harris Mower. Unfortunately, that is of little help, as info on this model is sparse.

Hard to say when it was manufactured, but the 1920s, possibly earlier, would be a good guess.
