Located in the center of the path to City Pier, the flag pole site is in the middle of the park by Lake Jackson. The park is located behind various civic buildings such as the Art Museum, Little Theater, Civic Center, and Public Library.

As one heads toward Lake Jackson, the side facing you says:

Rotary Park
Dedicated by
Rotary Club of Sebring
October 13, 1987

Continuing around the base, the next side has the Rotary emblem and the words:

Rotary Club
of Sebring
Founded 1924

Continuing around to the back, all the words were not clear to me and I was not able to find any other information on the web.
