There is more to the story of this black and white mosaic than meets the eye.

The mosaic on the entrance landing next calls it the Forlow Bldg.

A plaque on this building next to the entrance calls it the Farlow Building.

Page 115 of Images of America Roseville calls it the Forlow Building and states it was constructed in 192. Source

The City's website history page refers to it as the Forlow Block with a date of 1926. Source

The Roseville walking tour brochure calls the Forlow Block with a date of 1922. Source

The plaque on the building reads:

Farlow Building

1868 - Original site of the B. W. Neff Residence

1927 - Built by Fred Farlow known as the "Farlow Block"

Early occupants:
Ground Floor: Citizens Bank, Richardson Store for
Men, Bennett's Pharmacy
2nd Floor occupied by Dr. Leo Barusch, D.D.S,
Dr. F.M. Miller, D.D.S. and Dr. Robert Eveleth, M.D.
Fred and Mary Farlow occupied the apartment

1977 - Sold to Tom Bbetich

Special Recognition to Tom & Fran Bogetich
for 2001 renovation
