Just rusting away, subject to harsh winters and curious folk.
It says PFD which could have been Plumas or anywhere.
It is in private ownership and probably not up to parades anymore.

The pictures tell the story. Perhaps PFD was repurchased from POrtland. Not sure if Plumas would have required a ladder truck like this in the 1950's.?
