This small Chapel-shrine, build of black volcanic rocks, has the height of a man. It stands at a small square with benches beside the narrow street from Santo Amaro to the sea and is dedicated to São Pedro (Saint Peter). In a niche with glass door is displayed a depiction of the saint. The Chapel-shrine is decorated with some flower pots.
The age of the shrine is unknown, but the chapel and the statue look very new.
