Small rose garden and granite marker near the west entrance to the Civic Center. This was originally located on the east side of the Civic Center, but in conjunction with a new town square project being constructed to the west of the Civic center it was moved. There are several benches nearby. With Roseville being "The Rose City", a small rose garden is a fitting memorial. The granite stone was donated by the Sikh Center of Roseville.
