In Fall River, near the shore, is this double-decker bridge wedged in between a taller bridge, several old mills and warehouses, other roads, and a railroad.
The truss is located just south of the Braga Bridge which carries I-195 over the Taunton River between Fall River and Somerset. The bridge carries Mass. State Routes 79 and 138, and is part of the interchange with I-195. It is also about a tenth mile south of Battleship Cove, a museum of warships, including the U.S.S. Massachusetts.
According to Uglybridges.com, the structure has the following stats:
Length of largest span: 204.1 ft. [62.2 m]
Total length: 2930.3 ft. [893.1 m]
Roadway width between curbs: 24.9 ft. [7.6 m]
Deck width edge-to-edge: 34.1 ft. [10.4 m]
Vertical clearance above deck: 14.1 ft. [4.3 m]
Vertical clearance below bridge: 14.8 ft. [4.5 m]
Owner: State Highway Agency [01]
Year built: 1965
On the north side, the Braga Bridge crosses over it. The bridge then crosses over railroad tracks, then over a surface road. On either side are old buildings that were used as manufacturing mills and warehouses.
The best view is from the west - off a side road off Anawan Street. There is a large parking lot behind an old warehouse. The most accessible view is from the east side, along Pocassett Street.
