Buffalo Run Farm, Grill, and Gifts is a small, locally owned restaurant in Lincoln City, IN. The location offers not only the food, but a gift shop and vintage buildings that have ties to the life of President Abraham Lincoln.
Lincoln grew up a short distance from this location and the house that stands behind Buffalo Run belonged to Dennis Hanks, a cousin to Abe Lincoln. There is also a school house on the property as well.
The restaurant is known for the buffalo burger as well as serving elk when in stock.
Buffalo Run is located on Hwy 162 just west of Santa Claus, IN and just to the east of Lincoln State Park and Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial.
They do not offer delivery but takeout is welcomed.
