Sacramento has some of the best places to eat in California. The founder of one of those chains has opened this French Bakery and Bistro, and it like being in a small village in France. Stone hearth, steam for that unbelievable crust, Les Baux has it. Food, it is here just like in a French Bistro. Great prices, great food. For us it was a stumble upon, but one we have returned to again and again. The pain au chocolat is to die for!
