The Yreka YMCA Fitness Trail is starts in the YMCA parking lot and has a large sign welcoming fitness enthusiasts to the trail. The fitness trail is a loop that is exactly one mile long and contains 10 fitness stations to enhance your fitness. The trail is for foot traffic only (no bikes) and allows wheelchairs and strollers and pets but be sure to pick up after your pet!
