The Swakopmund Lighthouse is located on Dr. Ludwig Koch Street, near the beach in downtown Swakopmund, about 40km north of Walvis Bay in Namibia.

The lighthouse was built in 1903 and extended in 1910.
This lighthouse is stil active and has a focal plane of 35m. The light gives two white flashes, separated by 2.3 s, every 10 s.
The tower stands 28m high.
The upper portion is painted with red and white horizontal bands.
The lower portion is unpainted brick, which is the original 1903 lighthouse (11m high). The upper section was added in 1910.
