The former Edina School was built in 1915 on the site of a 1907 school which burned in 1915. The building used bricks salvaged from the earlier building. The building is two stories on a slightly raised basement. The building served all grades when it was constructed. In 1963 a consolidated high school was built east of Edina and then the building was used for grades 1-8. In 1989-1990 a new consolidated elementary school was built and this building closed.
