Pivovar, zvaný podle svého zakladatele Štepánkuv, fungující v letech 1800 - 1944. V dobe nejvetšího rozmachu pivovar varil 5000 hl piva za rok. V objektu byla ješte v roce 2012 stylová a pžíjemná restaurace, v roce 2013 tu sídli fitness a organizace poskytující sociální služby.
