This memorial to the Korean War and the Vietnam War is situated outside the Saugus Town Hall. This is one of about a half dozen memorials located on the grounds of the historic Town Hall in Saugus. It was dedicated by the American Legion Saugus Post 210. It is a granite monument, situated atop a slightly wider block of matching granite. The memorial reads:
