The Lord's 'Ten Commandments' (German: die Zehn Gebote) are etched in stone at the so-called 'Stiftskirche', the tallest church in Herrenberg, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The Ten Commandments have been placed here in 2007.
They are etched into a plate of red sandstone which is located outside nearby to the church.
They can be visited all the time without any fee.
Text of the Ten Commandments/Zehn Gebote:
Ich bin der Herr, dein Gott. Du sollst keine anderen Götter haben neben mir.
Du sollst den Namen des Herrn, deines Gottes, nicht mißbrauchen.
Du sollst den Feiertag heiligen.

Du sollst nicht stehlen.
Du sollst nicht falsch Zeugnis reden wider deinen Nächsten.
Du sollst nicht begehren deines Nächsten Haus.
Du sollst nicht begehren deines Nächsten Weib, Knecht, Magd, Vieh noch alles, was dein Nächster hat.
