A red Victorian post box on the centre north side of the main street in Machynlleth, a town in Powys.

The box is in use and there is a makers mark, but as it is in a poor condition I can only make out 'London'

Any other embossed lettering, such as manufacturer?: yes but poor, can just make out 'london'

Manufacturer Inscription: WT Allen & Co, London (1881-1901)
