This benchmark is located in downtown Evansville, IN. It is on the front ledge on the old Evansville Post Office on 2nd St need Sycamore St.

The disk itself is still present but has obviously been tampered with. But photos on the geocaching.com profile for the benchmark, it is obvious that the tampering took place within the year since the photos there dated just over a year ago look different than it looks now.
