Toad Suck Ferry Damsite Park is home to this anchor. There is no documentation as to the ship that it came from but it is used as a memorial to veterans.
The inscription on the plate at the base of the anchor reads:
"THIS ANCHOR DEDICATED TO THE BRAVE MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES WHO SERVED THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WITH HONOR"
The anchor and plate were installed in 1990.
