Czechoslovakia was a sovereign state in Central Europe that existed from October 1918, when it declared its independence from the Austro-Hungarian Empire, until its peaceful dissolution into the Czech Republic and Slovakia on 1 January 1993.
The memorial commemorates the date of origin of Czechoslovakia October 28, 1918 and three men who greatly contributed to the creation of Czechoslovakia.
It was the first president of Czechoslovakia - Tomas Garrigue Masaryk (
visit link) , Slovak politician, diplomat, and astronomer - Rastislav Stefanik (
visit link) and Minister of Foreign Affairs and the second President of Czechoslovakia - Edvard Beneš (
visit link) , is located in center of Prelouc town.

Památník prípomíná datum vzniku samostatného Ceskoslovenska - 28. ríjna 1918 a tri muže, kterí se velkou merou zasloužili o vznik Ceskoslovenska.
