This structure is located in Vorup, southern Randers, Denmark. When you drive by in your car, the sign will show your current speed. If it is above the allowed 50 km/t, two yellow flashlights starts flashing.
You will find signs like this at many locations in Randers. Recently the city administration started to convert those signs to solar power.
