Gelataria Conchanata, formerly Gelataria Itália, it's a classic ice cream parlor in Lisbon. It was founded in the 60's and since then it stayed as a family business, being the creator originally from Italy.
It's extremely popular and in the hot summer evenings a crowd will gather, queuing to get the desired ice cream.
Obviously, they produce their own ice cream and the specialties are: Conchanata (four small balls of ice cream covered with natural strawberry syrup, and old family recipe, passed frm generation to generation) and Cassata (a quarter part of a bigger ball of ice cream with several layers of distinct flavors). In general "cream" ice cream is highly advisable.
Closed for the winter every year. Irregular dates, so can't really tell.
