Skycliffe is a Buddhist Retreat set on 220 very secluded areas acres in the hills of Christian Valley.

HÜMÜH Monastery is well off the beaten path, certainly well located to serve as a retreat. After driving 27 km. up Christian Valley Road, one turns right at the HÜMÜH Monastery sign, which is a large gold rock atop a cairn by the side of the road. One then crosses a bridge over the North Kettle River, then drives a further 3.5 km. up the forestry road, following the signs to the monastery. Coordinates given are for the turn off from Christian Valley Road.

The monastery consists of 220-acres of mountain valley retreat and nature reserve along the Kettle River Valley. In the compound itself is the Forest Temple of Enlightenment, Golden Healing Stupa, Amitabha Vista, the River Walk, the Edge Walk, the Labyrinth, the Karma Shedding Pit, and the Whirling Circle. There is also a combination dining hall/office building (purple), other, smaller stupas, and living quarters.
