[ENG]Built in granite of the region is a typical city manor house of the eighteenth century in rococo style.
It features a ground floor, side by side with the portal, four large windows, with carved shells on top of the frame. On the main floor, we can see a stream of five balconies, means iron balusters, built in graceful corbels. The crowning of the five-door model of workmanship is a lightness and mastery. On opening the center itself boasts a rich heraldic composition, carved in granite. A cornice, energetic and dynamic clipping, encircles the top, the front, as if it were a fringed.
The main floor overlaps a sub floor, as a kind of discreet Mansard, slightly indented, with four bay windows topped by an overhang.
Today, destitute of their residential function, the building is occupied by the Commercial Association of Guimarães.
