is a time capsule containing material
identified with Kingston's history
and the year long celebrations of 1973
to be reopened in 2073.



Churchill Park is named after the former prime minister of England, Sir Winston Churchill. The park was developed in the early 1960s as a horticultural garden. The garden is still present at his park although at a much smaller level. The park is used throughout the year by many for family and wedding photos.
