Bod se nachází na vrcholu hory Granátník (810m n.m.) asi 3km jihovýchodne od Klete na svahové kupe. Pres vrchol prochází naucná stezka Granátník. Prímo na vrcholu je též stará kazatelna.
U TB jsou 2 ochranné tyce.
