This historic Bell is mounted on top of a stone monument in front of the Tremonton City Library located at 210 N Tremont Street in Tremonton, Utah.

The plaque on the monument reads, in part:
...A place of honor is also afforded this town bell, for it tolled curfew to children for 25 years. It also rang for special occasions and emergencies until it was replaced by an electric siren in 1956.
