Boží muka se nacházejí mezi poli u obce Úsilné. Jsou vystavena z kamene a omítnuta. V horní cásti jsou ctyri malé výklenky, v hlavním výklenku se nachází obrázek Panny Marie. Na sedlové streše je umísten dvouramenný kríž.
Boží muka tvorí zastavení na poutní ceste do Libníce.

Wayside shrine is located in the fields near the village Úsilné. It is made of stone, there is a picture of Virgin Mary in the main niche. The double cross is on the top.
