Titled "A Generation Forever Changed", the mural is on an alcove wall of the Visalia Convention Center with the plaque mounted on a stone block in front of the mural. They are not visible from the street. The mural depicts the various branches of the armed forces of the United States and has a large American flag as a portion of the background. The plaque reads:

"A Generation
