All Icelandair passengers between North America and Europe use this terminal for making connecting flights during a mandatory stopover in Iceland. The facility has a bistro and several duty free shops that are open when passengers are making connections. They conveniently accept Euros, US Dollars, British Pounds, Icelandic Krona, and perhaps other currencies for payment.

Keflavik International Airport is about 50 km southwest of the capital city of Reyjkavik, Iceland.
