Eagle Scout Thomas Smith erected a large monument to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Scouting. It is located behind the Woods Cross City Hall in Hogan Memorial Park at 720 W 1500 South in Woods Cross, Utah.

A bronze statue of a Boy Scout in Woods Cross (pop. 9,761) marks the February 2010 centennial of the founding of the Boy Scouts of America. The monument and its pedestal is about 17 feet high and was the result of an Eagle Scout project by 16-year-old Tom Smith.
