The Richardsonian Romanesque Osborne Co. Courthouse features wonderful stonework, and fanciful stone carvings. A Medusa and lion decorate the front entrance, and a busy-body citizen had his face carved on the south clock tower.
Over the front entrance arch is the date of the courthouse's construction and the name of this proud county.
The handsome cornerstone features the date of construction highlighted in a very artistic way.
