This tree looks like it is about a decade or so old but it is hard to know for sure as the installation date for all of these trees is not listed. When I visited there were no leaves on it yet so I was unable to identify what kind of tree it is. The dedication marker is a small square, stone or concrete monument in the grass with an equally small plaque centered on top. The marker reads:

Dedicated to My Loving Wife,
A Classy Lady
DORIS A. SMALLWOOD
Sunrise: 6/7/42 Sunset 8/29/02

Your Loving Smile Will Be With Me Always.

Love Always,
Robert

Location of the tree: Lakewood Cemetery

Type of tree: Not listed
