The building housing the museum was formerly the historic Wasatch Springs Plunge. From the Go-Utah web site:
The Children's Museum of Utah has great hands-on exhibits for kids. They're great fun and surreptitiously educational. Kids can fly a jet, excavate the skeleton of a saber-toothed tiger, etc. There are daily educational workshops and performances.
