This pair of utility boxes is located on 30th Street just south of El Cajon Blvd.

This box is painted on all five sides to appear as if it was dabbled with watercolored paints. A light blue is the predominant color...but one side has more red splotches. There is no particular design. The box has also been damaged by some graffiti.
