The hill is supposed to be a grave from the Bronze Age (around 1500-1000 BC). From the top there is a beautiful view of Haderslev Fjord and Little Belt. Therefore this hill was a signal and observation post during both World War One and Two used by German military. There is a granite stone on its top.
