Visiting there on a caching quest spied this as I was getting my decoding and photoing together. Laid in place celebrating the county 200th bicenntenial celebration.This one to be opended in 2040 by the citizens of said county. Elberton is the County Seat and Granite Capital of GA.
I suppose I will miss this one. Party on!
