In Medfield, on the edge of the downtown section, is the First Baptist Church, which has a tall spire on the northwest corner.
The church is located on the intersection of Main Street (MA Route 109) and South Street, on the southeast side of the intersection.
The church is a white clapboard church with a shingled roof. On the northwest corner, there is a tall spire that is also white clapboard with a shingled roof. At the base is a door on one side, and a square window on another. Above that tall windows with an arched top. Above that is a sloped roof section. Above that is a bell tower section with vents on all four sides. Above that is an eight sided roofed spire with a hexegonal shape (may be shingled or with slate stone).
