DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1985 6.8 KM (4.2 MI) NORTH FROM GEORGETOWN. 6.8 KM (4.2 MI) NORTH ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 107 FROM THE JUNCTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY 7 IN GEORGETOWN TO THE MARK ON THE RIGHT, ALSO 3.0 KM (1.95 MI) SOUTHWEST ALONG CROSS HIGHWAY FROM THE JUNCTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 58 IN REDDING RIDGE, THENCE 1.0 KM (0.6 MI) SOUTHWEST ALONG HIGHWAY 107, 7.1 METERS (23.5 FT) SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE HIGHWAY. THE MARK IS 0.30 METERS NE FROM A WITNESS POST THE MARK IS ABOVE LEVEL WITH HIGHWAY.
The mark is actually just below highway level.
Rt. 107 is a heavily traveled narrow roadway. there is a place to pull over just west of the location, on the south side of the road. Plan ahead and be careful.
