Unlike most stained glass windows, this one faces the street, so it can always be viewed. Because Team Blakelylaw visited the town over the Fourth of July holiday, we could not tell what type of business currently occupies the building. Nor could we tell when the window was added to the building. It was built in 1917, but the window seems newer than that.
The bank was started in 1905. This building was built to house it in 1917. The bank which went belly-up during the Great Depression. Since then, the building has been used for a funeral parlor, as a barn, for retail stores, etc., but it has never again been used for a bank.
