In the past, there was washrooms available for Mens and Womens. I don't know if it is still available.
This is a 4 stars tourism center, it's the maximum notation for a tourism center and means that it's a good place for tourists.

Voici l'office de tourisme d'Épinal. En cas de besoin, vous trouverez une équipe sympathique pour vous guider ou vous aider à planifier votre séjour dans la ville. Expositions, lieux inmanquables, chemins de randonnée... tout s'y trouve !
Par le passé des toilettes homme et femme étaient disponible, je ne sais pas si cela est toujours le cas.
Dernièrement, l'office de tourisme a reçu une évaluation de 4 étoiles (note maximum), ce qui en fait un très bon endroit pour l'accueil des touristes.
