Located in Rotary Park in the little town of Quincy, WA this fountain is unique. Built in 1999 it signifies the significane between irigation and farming. All the elements in the fountain are old farming equipment parts and there is a very creative and fun approach to incorporating the fountain. If you are goint through Quincy, jump off the beaten path and take a look at this fountain.
