This one-and-one-half story Vernacular house was built circa 1902 and originally located at 1220 Chemeketa Street, about 4 blocks west of its current location (1653 Chemeketa Street). The house was moved into the Court Street-Chemeketa Street Historic District in the early 1980s and while historic, is considered a non-contributing property in its present condition.
